June 11 - June 16
An event every day that begins at 12:00am, repeating until June 16, 2018
Detroit muralist, Louise Chen Jones, has been commissioned by the Cook Foundation to paint a mural on the large side wall of the Silver Box. The theme of the mural will be daffodils to celebrate the beautiful, fragrant blooms’ place in Gloucester’s history. Mrs. Jones is expected to paint each day starting on Monday, June 11th through Saturday, June 16th subject to weather.
Follow Gloucester Arts Festival on Facebook and Instagram for up to date photos and video of the mural but don’t miss your chance at stopping by and watching this talented artist work. This colorful mural will most certainly add to our already beautiful downtown.
