2019 Artists’ Choice Awards Announced
Theresa Hupp (second from right) presents the Artists’ Choice Award for 2019 Gloucester Arts Festival at the awards Gala. The competition for this distinguished award resulted in a tie between the four artists. The award for 2019 was for $5000 and was split between the four winners.
